Best Spiralizer

Spiralizer
Fun Stuff

Undoubtably the most fun healthy food gadget is the spiralizer.  It looks like that Play Doh toy we had as kids (I'm dating myself) that pushed the doh through holes and made spaghetti.

Noodles from your spiralizer can be used in so many ways.  The machine is not expensive and you can create healthy dishes that have great appeal for your family (and kids will love to help you make the noodles!).

The Spiralizer is incredibly easy to clean - you practically just rinse it.  It's also dishwasher safe and has suction cups to keep it firmly on your counter while you are whirling out your zoodles.

You can...

- spiralize zucchini, carrot, yellow squash, sweet potato, butternut squash, cucumber, potato, apple, plantain, turnip, parsnip, rutabaga, pear, beets, jicama,  broccoli...

- make salads, soups, stir fries, classic pasta dishes, cool desserts...

- eat your spiralized fruit or veggies raw and crunchy...

- marinate for a softer feel...

- sautee if you like them cooked...

- mix raw or cooked veggies with regular wheat, rice or corn pasta noodles

to lighten them up.

Note that on Amazon you will see a gazillion spiralizers that all look like this with different brand names. They are all the same machine just sold by different distributors.

This one from Spiralizer is the best price I've found.
